Unit 2 Forms

The following forms are used by Sessional Faculty & Sessional Music Faculty to claim rights under the Unit 2 Collective Agreement.

This form is used to claim additional payment stemming from large class sizes, as per Article 14.02

This form is used to claim payment required for work done after the end of a member’s contract (e.g. grading late papers or exams, attending appeals, etc…), as per Article 14.06.
