This document outlines the amount of hours reported on your Record of Employment for EI eligibility purposes. It also outlines the process for applying to have the number of reported hours amended. Please note that requests for hour amendments (especially if you’re teaching the course for the first time, have limited TA support, etc…) must be submitted within 30 days of the of the last class (this provision was bargained into 8.05 (b) of the new collective agreement).
