Unit 1 includes individuals employed in the following classifications:
- Teaching Assistants (both Graduate & Undergraduate)
- Research Assistants (whose RAship is granted in lieu of a guaranteed TAship)
- Demonstrators
- Tutors & Super Tutors
- Markers
